OMG! I totally spaced! Today is TWILIGHT'S BIRTHDAY! On June 2nd 2003 "I woke up from a very vivid dream. In my dream, two people were having an intense conversation in a meadow in the woods. One of these people was just your average girl. The other person was fantastically beautiful, sparkly, and a vampire. They were discussing the difficulties inherent in the facts that A) they were falling in love with each other while B) the vampire was particularly attracted to the scent of her blood, and was having a difficult time restraining himself from killing her immediately. For what is essentially a transcript of my dream, please see Chapter 13 (”Confessions”) of the book."

Okay, so remember in Twilight how, unlike Kellan and Cam, Rob had, like, NO abs. Well now he has a FREAKING EIGHT PACK. Why am I talking about this. Because Lainey Gossip has just provided us with the most FREAKING AWESOME SETPICTURES EVUR! They include Edward about to step into the sun, Bella jumping into a fountain in a desperate attempt to save Edward (? random I know) and, what we never got in the book. Edward and Bella kiss when they're finally reunited! WOOOOOOOO! Also, Bella's hair is like REALLY LONG but she is wearing some Bella-esque clothes. The poster is just weird. Entertainment weekly has released their 1,049th issue. And within that isuue is the VERY FIRST New Moon MOVIE STILLS! As you see our first still is Chris Weitz directing Kristen during the bloody birthday scene so I don't think this really count as a movie still, it's more like a set picture. Asd as you can see Bella is not wearing what she wore in the book, obviously Alice had a little more say in her outfit in the movie.

'Happy birthday, Bella! In this EW exclusive photo, the movie's newly 18-year-old heroine has been thrown against a rose-covered table by her beloved, Edward. Readers will know his intentions were honorable: He was trying to protect Bella (and her paper cut!) from the vampire Jasper. Our next photo is, to say the least, FREAKING AMAZING! This is when Bella visits the meadow, Laurent trys to kill her and Bella is stupid enough not to realize that the pack of wolves is Jake and the gang. Edi looks really scary...

Our last photo is Bella and Edward kissing but i'm not exactly sure which point in the movie this is. She could be hallucinating.

'One of director Weitz's creative challenges is Edward's long absence in the novel: ''Rob was the first guy to say to me, 'You know, you don't really need to have too much of me in this film.' I don't want him too present, so his apparition will be a subtle, flitting effect — clearly a reflection of Bella's will and desire to see him.'

Okay, first off, Robert has revealed to the Hollywood Reporter that BREAKING DAWN WILL BE MADE INTO A MOVIE!

"CANNES -- Robert Pattinson, who shot to stardom in "Twilight" and is now filming the second and third movies in the franchise, confirmed Tuesday in Cannes that there will be a fourth installment of the vampire franchise based on the book "Breaking Dawn."

Pattinson told The Hollywood Reporter that he is committed to starring in the final outing to date but doesn't know when backers Summit Entertainment will begin production because of the actor's jam-packed shooting schedule."

So this beggs the question:
RENESMEE? So unless by 2011 we have some fickin' awesome CGI then this could be complicated. Obviously Melissa Rosenburg wouldn't be stupid enough to take her out, because this pretty much destroys the entire plot. I don't know, we'll see.

Then there is Nessie's birth. I don't see how they can keep this scene PG-13. Honestly, it's gonna be complicated, it's not like it's gonna stop me from seeing the movie, I'm just saying that this isn't gonna help with ,arketing or anything in Twilight's favor.

Now, some more exciting news. If you saw, the new picture is the NEW MOON POSTER! And I love it! Except for one thing. Look at Bella in Twilight and look at her there. I mean, we've all seen the E! sneak peek, and seen that she hasnt changed that much, but this poster worries me.

A movie poster is supposed to encompass the overall look of the movie, and I think the Twilight poster did that. If this is the case with this poster then Bells looks ALL WRONG.

Look at her, she's wearing make up, she's wearing cool clothes, her hair is straightened, and she doesn't look plain-jane like she's supposed to! Also, a suggestion to Summitt Entertainment. You kinda just spoiled the movie for everyone who doesn't read the books, I would've suggested like Bella and Edward together and Jake like standing in the background.

I totally wanna have a Kaleb Nation moment right now and put in, like, a really cool picture, but sadly this computer doesn't have photoshop and I don't know how to use photo shop AND the formatting on blogger doesn't work for that.

Next peice of news.

If you are a dedicated MTV watcher like me, then you'll know that the MTV movie awards is on the 31st of May (WOO! Andy Samberg is AMAZING!). You'll also know that TWILIGHT has been nominated in many categories. But that's not what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about the fact that like LAST YEARS MTV Movie Awards were we got our first taste of "Twilight" with the first clip of the Ballet Studio scene, we will ALSO be getting our first look at New Moon and I. AM. SO. FRICKIN'. EXCITED.

If it's the break-up I'm gonna shoot someone.

The scripts already online! I mean seriously! Don't spoil it for us anymore. I guarantee you, it's gonna be her birthday. It makes complete sense. It's the most climactic scene in the movie there is that doesn't completely spoil the story.

But if it is the break-up, you know I'll watch it.It's just to tempting. And I'll also be keeping a very close eye on Bella's clothes.

Last piece of news, Rob's 23rd birthday was on the 13th and Nikki's 21st was on the 17th! HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOU GUYS!

Okay, first off, I am alive, I am not dead. Even though I get on the computer everyday, I've been being really lazy and haven't been posting ast all. I've been really caught up in Twilight Guy. I started reading him when he was in the middle of Eclipse and not I'm going back and reading Twilight New Moon and the beginning of Eclipse. After this I will be putting up a new header and it's going to be spectacular, so bow down to it or I'll set the Volturi on you.

The DVD is OUT!

OF COURSE I WNET TO A RELEASE PARTY! It was intense! We had a scavenger hunt, and thre's a "Seattle's Besrt" at the borders I went to and they had "Edwatd's Cockatail" "Bella's Chevy" and Jacob's Imprint"

I went to the party with Ashley and the girl in the photography video (Lyn) and her friend Sarah (Cherry) I pre-ordered the DVD from Costco and got it yesterday, I've seen the movie four times! ONLY 4! I haven't had time to watch it a fifth time. It's really sad. I also bought the director's nortebook abnd Bella Sweettarts.

Our Border's is kind of small, and there were about 150 people crowded into the same area, everything was really loud and intense. NOT SOMETHING FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.

WARNING WARNING! Anyone planning to watch this with your parents: DO NOT WATCH THE DELETED SCENES WITH THEM! Particularly the last one "I loveit when Men chase me" REALLY AWKWARD

So the movie is obviously awesome! CAN'T WAIT FOR NEW MOON!

So I've heard from Hale To The Cullens (download them, the link to their website is on this site...somewhwere)that there are three different DVD covers, the first being the one with Bellers and Edward on the top and babeilicious Cam Gigandet, and all the rest on the bottom. Then there's one that is just blackand says "Twilight" which I think sounds amazing, and then there is one that has the movie poster, though I'm not sure which one.

So naturally I go to costco.com to see which one I got (I pre-ordered it from there, I got the one with Cam, YAY!) and after seeing it was just the original, I wanted to see the other ones so I try Barnes & Noble, and it was the same one, but there was something on there that caught my attention...

Okay, first peice of news, Solomon Trimble isnn't going to be Sam in New Moon.
I honestky really don't care, I mean he only had one line that he really screwed up. In that one moment he looked like Jason Castro, and he didn't look like he hated the Cullens, so cool, I hope they get a better Sam.

Next, mark your calendars for JUNE 30TH 2010 because that's the ECLIPSE RELEASE DATE!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris Weitz will NOT be directing and it looks like DREW BARRYMORE is interested. Chris will not bedirecting because he'll still be working on New Moon stuff.

Again, I really don't care. I meanm the Catherine thing was a tragedy, she did an amazing job with Twilight, but we haven't even seen New Moon yet and if it's not Catherine I don't give a crap. But who knows maybe New Moonn will be amazing and I'll want them to keep him.

New Moon Italy scenes to be filmed in May

Eagle Pictures, which released Twilight on Italy, has announced that a filming crew will be traveling to the ancient city of Volterra in May in order to film the scenes that take place in Italy during the Twilight sequel.

In Stephenie Meyer's bestselling "New Moon", Volterra is the town where the powerful Volturi vampire coven resides. Dakota Fanning is reportedly in talks to play a teen Volturi vamp, while "Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are on board.

Eagle Pictures, which released “Twilight” locally, announced on Tuesday that it has reupped with Summit Entertainment for the sequel, which will shoot in the ancient Tuscan city of Volterra for two weeks in May.

In Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling “New Moon,” Volterra is the town where the powerful Volturi vampire coven resides.Shooting on the pic begins in Vancouver in March, with “Twilight” stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reprising their roles.

Eagle Pictures, which is owned by Tunisian mogul Tarak Ben Ammar and has close ties with Summit, announced that “New Moon” will be released in Italy on Nov. 20, day-and-date with its Stateside release.

OMG!!!!!!!! I havfe a sudden knew faith in CW (that's right, Chris Witz is now named after my favorite TV channel). Maybe ity's because Taylor is back, the whol ecast is back and IT'S GONNA BE REALLY AWESOME!

Now to some fairly bad news...
The resurrected rumor of a merger between Lionsgate films and Summit Entertainment has executives from both companies declining to comment. This has not stopped wide spread conjecture for what the merger could do for both companies and what changes it could mean to Twilight Saga films. Many blogs and sites, including Filmschoolrejects.com are wondering if the rumored merger will make the Twilight movies a little gorier. Lionsgate Films, which owns the “Saw” franchise, has a history of very gory movies. Neil Miller of Filmschoolrejects.com had this to say on the subject:

" I don’t see the logic in Lionsgate taking the reigns and running the franchise away from its primarily female, largely young fanbase."

Yes, what your seeing is real. That is Kristen Stewart with a pipe and that is Robert Pattinson without any hair!!!!

Kristen got caught smoking, we all know that already. The only reason i'm in shock is because I don't read the tabloids some how I missed the picture of Kristen Stewart on one of the magazines and the first time my friend told me I didn't believer her.

A very reassuring report comes from MTV who spoke with Taylor Lautner last night. He says that he's been working to get bigger for the role and will be meeting with New Moon Director Chris Weitz on Friday:

"I have been working out. I've been working out since the day we finished filming 'Twilight.' I just weighed myself today; I've put on 19 pounds," the noticeably larger Lautner told us, promising that he'll be big enough to fit Stephenie Meyer's physical description of Jacob Black in "New Moon" when cameras begin rolling in 12 weeks. "I'm guaranteeing Weitz 10 more [pounds] by filming. I get to meet Chris on Friday, in two days, so I'm excited. I'm going to have lunch with him."

Most of you remember that rumors have been saying Summit does not want Lautner to return because he doesn't fit the role (Jacob getting bigger, taller). Hopefully this is some really good news for all of you who are really pulling for Taylor! We'll keep you updated as things continue to develop.

Okay it's in spring now :( but whatev I'M SO PUMPED!

Yes I am going to Forks, Washington. I am going to Bella Swan's hometown. I might go to Port Angles or La Push. I will visit a world that I have only imagined and that I have pretty much lived in since July (It's not that long but it seems like A LOT longer) I will be in the same town Edward was when James said "You brought a snack" I know, as sad as it is, that the Cullens and Bella aren't real and it makes me EXTREMELY SAD AND DEPRESSED. AHHHHHH! I saw Twilight this weekend on opening night at 7:45. It was completely sold out. My best friend and I sat in line for 2 hours. The line stretched all the way across the theatre and curled around. When we walked in everyone started screaming! It was the best movie ever!!!!!!! And let me just say that the actors playing Bella's friends, Muichael Welch, Justin Chon, etc., did WONDERFUL!!!! Also all the Cullens were fabulous as expected, especially Ashley Greene! Plus, *sigh* the movie made me like Rosalie.

'Twilight' takes $70.6M bite out of box office

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The vampire romance "Twilight" drained the box office in its opening weekend, taking in $70.6 million.

Catherine Hardwicke's film also enjoyed the biggest opening ever for a female director, blowing away the previous standard of $41.1 million set by Mimi Leder's "Deep Impact" in 1998.

And the fangirls will get another taste soon enough: Summit Entertainment, which released "Twilight," announced during the weekend that it's going ahead with production of "New Moon," based on the second book in Meyer's internationally best-selling series. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will return as its star-crossed lovers, but whether Hardwicke will be at the helm again is still being determined.

OHMIGOD! I am so excited to see New Moon. I really hope they don't screw it up. Mostly because in Twilight, the action (even the the fight scene was the most sick awesome thing I'd ever seen) out did the romance, and I was slightly dissapointed by that, and I would really like to see Bella and Edward's relationship progress in the next 2 (crossing fingers for 3) movies.

In some very reassuring news, Reuters is reporting that Summit Entertainment has acquired the rights to the rest of the saga!It has hired "Twilight" scribe Melissa Rosenberg, a writer/producer on Showtime's "Dexter," to adapt the first two. "Breaking Dawn," has not attached a writer.While this does NOT confirm that the rest of the books will be turned into movies, this is certainly very good news for the franchise. We'll keep you updated!UPDATE: Robert Pattinson has a few comments about New Moon that he made to the Chicago Tribune:A sequel [aka New Moon] may get the green light this month, he said."They will literally decide the next day or the day after" once the movie opens, Pattinson said. "I think they only have plans to do the second one. There's no script for the third one. The script is already done for the second one."

Okay Okay Okay.....So Ashley (Ashley Greene poser) and I were discusssing what Emmett could possibly see in Rosalie (besides her looks) she has NO redeeming qualities at all. Ashley thought it was because Rose saved him but I don't think it's enough, if someobne saved me I obviously wouldn't automatically fall in love with them...then as I was re-reading eclipse...I got this idea.

So as you may, or may not know, Eclipse is based of Wuthering Heights. And as I've said before, Rosalie is a selfish jerk with no redeeming qualities. So maybe that could be it? Plus, I made a comparison to Imprinting. Take Jacob, this may sound a bit biased, but Jacob is acomplete jerk yet we know since he's imprinted on Renesmee, he would do absolutely anything for her. Same with Sam and Emily. SO maybe it's like Rosalie has imprinted on Emmett in some vampirish way? IDK it's just a thought.

Renesmee is soooo adorable. I just don't get the name though. Why couldn't they name her like Alice. If Bella had named Renesmee after Alice that would've been FREAKIN' AWESOME! Also like hasn't Bella talked to Esme like once in the whole series? During the baseball scene in Twilight, and maybe like once in Eclipse but that's it. Her and Alice are like really close, plus the name's just weird. Renesmee's really cool though. She sooo cute! I about died when Bella was like she'll only have 15 years of life. The release of the 'Twilight' movie in November could generate even more attention for the town.

Four years ago, Author Stephenie Meyer introduced the world to Bella Swan, a 17-year-old who moves to Forks and is torn between the love of classmate Edward Cullen and best friend Jacob Black. But before long, she realizes something isn't right: Edward is a vampire and Jacob, a werewolf.

Readers were hooked, and three more "Twilight" books followed. "Breaking Dawn," the fourth and final book of her "Twilight" series, came out in July and has remained at the top of best seller lists ever since. Teens throughout the country celebrated the release of the book by dressing up as characters from the series for midnight parties at bookstores — much the way "Harry Potter" books are launched.

As the pages kept coming, the series' cultlike following increased. Before long, fans started showing up in Forks, looking to see if magic would spark when imagination collided with reality. What they found was a two-stoplight town where more than a foot of rain falls each month. A place where success is measured in sweat and four-wheel drive.

But Forks was quick to embrace the frenzied fans.

More than 100 fans a day
Forks' "Twilight"-inspired turn has been nothing short of magical, Marcia Bingham, executive director of the Chamber of Commerce, says.

"We've probably had more than 100 people a day," says Bingham, who has eagerly watched as van after van of giddy readers — mostly female — pull up in front of the town's visitors center.

For many fans, the line where reality ends and imagination begins is starting to blur, says Michael Gurling, who caught inspiration from the tourism boom and started his own Twilight Tours.

After enlisting a few locals, he asked for help in picking out houses that could serve as stand-ins for the book's famous Forks' stops: Bella and Edward's houses, a field where vampires play baseball. Other locations, such as the police station, where Bella's father works, and the hospital, where Edward's father is a doctor, play their own parts. They chipped in, providing cruisers near which fans may take pictures and reserving a spot for "Dr. Cullen" in the parking lot.

"The most popular spot is probably the beach, in LaPush, where Bella finds out the truth about Edward," says Gurling.

On a recent Friday, Gurling's van headed out of the visitor's center parking lot — packed, as itis most every weekend, with teenage girls. Outside the stand-in for Edward's house, a sign on the door says "Cullens" are volunteering a blood drive.

"It's not quite how I thought it would be," says Yena Hu, a University of Washington sophomore who made the four-hour trek from Seattle to visit. "They're always talking about all the windows — and in the book, the house is on the water."

But it's surprising how much Meyer did get right, considering she'd never been to Forks when she wrote the first book. A quick Internet search revealed Forks was one of the rainiest places in the world, and from her home in Arizona, the stay-at-home mom began rewriting history.

While locals are accepting of their newfound fame, they're all too aware of the mania that is continuing to grow.

Almost everyone has a "Twilight" story: the teen who dropped his library card, only to discover Twilighters had found it and kept it; the cheerleader who has out-of-town mothers stop her on the street offering cash for her uniform; the Quileute native, who heads to LaPush to chop wood and sees giddy teenagers snatching up driftwood as souvenirs.

Jessica Hartman, an 18-year-old who works at the town's pharmacy says "Twilight" has more than doubled profits for the corner store.

Flipping through a guest book for Twilighters, the recent Forks High School grad smiles as she touches signatures from around the globe — Europe, Asia, South America. They're all here, recorded in the tattered pages that spell out the town's fame.

Businesses cash in
Spurred by the boost in tourism and influx of money, are businesses eagerly trying to cash in on the craze.

Wander down the town's main drag and you'll see "We Love Edward and Bella" signs in store windows and a Forks' Speedway sign welcoming "Vampires and Racers."

Restaurants have started offering Twilight-themed options: Subway's "Twilight Special" which oozes marinara and the ever popular Bella Burger at local hangout Sully's Drive-in, which comes with special sauce and pineapple.

Stacks of "Twilight" T-shirts sit behind almost every counter in town.

At Sully's, 32-year-old Eleanor Currit waves a pair of plastic vampire teeth in the air — a standard side for any customer who orders the Bella burger.

"When I go back to my book club, I'm definitely going to have bragging rights," she says. "The women in my group are honestly crazy about these books."

Currit, a stay-at-home-mom with a master's degree in English, says being in Forks is like opening a page of the book and jumping in.

"This town just has a pretty primal way about it," she said. "It's really a mysterious beauty."

While the fourth and final "Twilight" book was released earlier this summer, Gurling, a former National Park Guide, says he thinks the release of the "Twilight" movie, set for early November, will only generate more attention for Forks.

And while some long for quieter days, others say "Twilight" might have been what this town needed.

"It seems like we're Twilighting all the time," says Charlene Cross, the town's florist. "But at the end of the day, it makes you feel like we're part of something bigger — and I think that makes it worth it."

My Breaking Dawn Review

Breaking Dawb overall was very good. Alot of people I suppose didn't like that there wasn't alot of action, but I'm glad I think it was a good end to the story and i think Stephenie intended it to be that way. Unfortunately I basically knew everything that happened before I read it thanks to my best friend Jasmine, that's nt her faut I admit I asked her to tell me stuff but I regret it. At first I was so pissed that Jacob imprinted on Nessie (I hate that name but I'm to lazy to type her whole name) but then when the Volturi came and she climbed onto Jacob when Bell's thought they were all gonna die I realized it was perfect. I am NOT Team Switz, I anm Edward still but I DO like and appreciate Jake. I thought the quote on the back of the book was when he turned Bell's into a vampire but it was actually a MUCH more pivotal point in the book. The beginning of Nessie. Nessie is FREAKIN' adorable! I love her power it's amazing! When Alice and Japer left I was SOBBING. I would't look at any pictures of Alice until she came back. When she did come back I was screaming and jumping on my couch I was so happy! OMFG it was amazing. I liked the ending, especially when EDWARD READ BELLAS'S MIND! It was beautiful! It was a wonderful closing to the series and I praise Stephenie Meyer forever.

Last Thursday I finished Breaking Dawn! Amazingness!!!! It was bittersweet, i cried.
"And then we continued blissfullY into this small but perfect peice of our forevr."
I like Jake now but not enough to be Team Switz.
I FREAKED OUT when Alice came back OMG! I WAS SOOOO HAPPY.
I was sooooo happy, I was really depressed when Irina died though, it just happened so quickly. And then Tanya flipped out and that was depressing. Am I the only person who didn't get that Jacob had imprinted on Renesmee when at the end of book 2 it was like "A changing heart" ? I was soo confused. I hope Stephenie starts writing these again, I seriously have no idea what I'm gonna read, I'm reading the series over again. :P

I just finished chapter 29 of Breaking Dawn. I'm so worried, I mean I know Alice will come back and nobody will die but. Ugh. I've officially cried in all three books.

There was too much tension, too strong an edge to the way his lips crushed mine— like he was afraid we had only so much time left to us."

Oh also when Bella cut her arm w/ the rock to distract Victoria, that just brought me to tears.

I'm having a hard time dealing with the fact that I have 9 CHAPTERS left of Edward Cullen 9 CHAPTERS of complete happiness...okay maybe that's a little melodramatic but... *sighing out loud*

I am Team Edward, it's pretty obvious by now. Team Edwards the obvious pick and there's really no point. What's the point of rooting for Jacob when you know he's not gonna win. Edward cares for Bella and would do anything for her... and Edwards hot.
Edward is obviously more mature, he's a hundred and seven for god sakes and he fits Bella because, as Renee said, he and Bella are both old souls. We all new Edward was gonna win from the get go, anybody who picked up Twilight who knew anything beforehand knew that Edward was THE ONE! Jacob's just there to make the story interesting. Plus, remember New moon? Edward thought Bella was dead so he tried to kill himself. If Bella really did die he'd run away again probably attack Leah a few times whine a little and after a few months he'd be okay. Edward is the only one for Bella. It's obvious.

Alice Cullen frozen at age nineteen was created by James a tracker who was killed by Edward Cullen in the first book Twilight Alice has the Supernatural power of being able to see the future but only after a decision leading to the event is made her visions are not definite.

Carlisle Cullen is the leader of the Olympic Coven and Created all of them except for Alice and Jasper. Sarlisle is over three-hundred years old and has no supernatural power, he was created by another vampire who was blood thirsty in the 1600's (i think...) not happy with his new life he tried to kill himself many times despite the fact that he was now immortal. He worked many years to become a doctor and resist the temptation of human blood, he created Edward in 1918 when he and his mother were both dying of the Spanish Influenza and Edward's mother demanded that he do anything he could to save Edward. Carlisle believes that Edward, Jasper, and Alice's supernatural powers were based on traits they had in their past lives.

Edward Cullen was created at age seventeen by Carlisle Cullen who is the leader of the Olympic Coven. Edward has the power to read people's thoughts the closer they are the easier it is for him. If the person whose mind he is trying to read is far away the more familiar there voice is to Edward the easier it is for him to read their mind.

Emmet Cullen is extremely strong and has no supernatural power. He was also created by Carlisle after Rosalie brought him to Carlisle after a near death experience (I can't remember exactly what happened).

Jasper Hale was created by Maria a girl he met in his human life in Texas Maria created him to join their coven years later a friend of his convinced him to leave the coven, he left and met Alice Cullen who told him about the Olympic Coven and how they were different (vegetarian). Jasper has a supernatural power, the ability to change somebodys mood or tell what they're feeling.

Esme Cullen is over was born in 1895. She has no supernatural power. She was created by Carlisle after she almost died from jumping off a cliff in her human life after losing a child.

Rosalie Hale was created by Carlisle Cullen who created her after she was almost killed in the 1930's by her fiance Royce. Rosalie has no supernatural power.
